You must attend the Final Hearing.

If you do not attend the Final Hearing:-

If you are a Complainant
the Tribunal may dismiss your complaint and order that you pay the Respondent’s costs

If you are a Respondent
the Tribunal may proceed with the Final Hearing in your absence and make any orders it considers appropriate.
