Costs
The Tribunal has the power to order a party to pay the costs
that the Tribunal considers are reasonable.
The Tribunal may order that the party who loses the case has to pay the legal costs of the party who wins the case, but
this is not always so. The Tribunal will take into account all of the circumstances of the matter and decide
whether it is fair to order a party to pay another partys legal costs.
Sometimes after making a decision, the Tribunal Member will decide
the amount of costs to be paid after hearing submissions from
the parties.
