Address for service
When the complaint was being dealt with by the Commission, the
parties had to give the Commission written notice of an address
for service. The address for service of each party is on the front
page of the Referral Report. The Tribunal uses these addresses
as the address for service for the relevant party.
An address for service is the address that the Tribunal and the other parties can use to communicate with you.
If you change address or want to use a different address for
service, you should inform the Registry, preferably in writing.
You can simply write to the
Tribunal Registry saying that you wish to change your address
for service, and give the Registry the new address. You should
send a copy of this letter to the other parties.
An address for service can be a:
Residential address;
Business address; or
Post office box address
If you would prefer to receive information and documents by fax or email, you can say so when notifying an
address for service, but the registry and the other parties are not obliged to communicate with you in that manner.
