
The Anti-Discrimination Tribunal Queensland is established
under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991:
- to hear and determine complaints that the Act has been contravened;
- to grant exemptions from the Act;
- to provide opinions about the application of the Act;
- any other functions conferred on the Tribunal under the
Act or another Act;
- to take any action incidental or conducive to the discharge
of the above functions.
