Disability access matters

Any Complaint where the complainant is seeking orders that work be done or building adjustments be carried out for accessibility purposes

The Complainant will be directed to file with their contentions:

1. an estimate of the costs of completing that work;
2. copies of all documents including plans, quotes, medical reports and receipts that support that estimate.

The Respondent will be directed to file with their contentions:

1. any alternative proposals to make the building or structure accessible to the complainant and an estimate of the costs of those alternative proposals;
2. copies of all quotes, plans, receipts and medical reports that support that estimate.
