Classification of complaints

In order to make appropriate directions according to the complexity of a complaint, and with a view to moving matters more effectively and efficiently to a final hearing, the Tribunal is implementing classification of complaints into Simple, Middle Range, Complex, and Disability Access with corresponding directions.
