Training and education
This year, 18 sessions were presented, generating $5,280 in revenue. Although this
figure is less than the 23 sessions presented last year, we focused on training within the
community sector, with most sessions being presented in Indigenous communities.
Complaint handling
Accepted grounds of complaint increased from 83 last year to 117 this year.
Impairment complaints almost doubled this year, and again victimisation complaints
increased significantly.
