The Freedom of Information
Act 1992 enables people to obtain access to information
held on documents of the Commission arising from its administration
of the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Act
1991 and to apply to have inaccurate, incomplete, out of
date or misleading information concerning personal affairs amended
or corrected.
Applications must be in writing and should provide
as much information as possible to enable the relevant documents
