The Act also allows for complaints to be made because of :

• association with, or relation to, a person identified on the basis of any of the above attributes.
• discriminatory advertising.
• sexual harassment.
• unlawful requests for information.
• victimisation.
• vilification on the grounds of gender identity.
• vilification on the grounds of race.
• vilification on the grounds of religion.
• vilification on the grounds of sexuality.

A complaint must also reach threshold requirements.
