Commissioner
The head of the ADCQ is the Commissioner who reports to the Qld
Attorney-General and Minister for Industrial Relations.
The Commissioner has an Executive Assistant .
The Commissioner has a Deputy .
Complaint Management
The State Director (Complaint Management) reports to the Commissioner.
The Complaint Management unit is made up of:
- two Principal Conciliators;
- two Senior Conciliators;
- four Conciliators;
- two Intake Officers.
Corporate Services
The Manager (Corporate Services) reports to the Commissioner.
The Corporate Services unit is made up of:
- one Senior Administration Officer;
- one IT Administrator;
- one Information and Records Manager;
- two Administrative Officers.
Legal
The Commission's Legal Unit comprises one Principal Lawyer, who reports to the Deputy Commissioner.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Unit
The A&TSI Unit Co-ordinator reports to the Manager (Community Relations).
The A&TSI Unit is made up of:
- one A&TSI Assistant Human Rights Officer.
Community Relations
The Manager (Community Relations) reports to the Deputy Commissioner.
The Community Relations unit is made up of:
- two Community Relations Officers;
- one Librarian.
Rockhampton Office
The Regional Manager (Central Qld) reports to the Deputy Commissioner.
The Rockhampton office is staffed by:
- one Conciliator;
- one Assistant Human Rights Officer.
Townsville Office
The Regional Manager (North Qld) reports to the Deputy Commissioner.
The Townsville office is staffed by:
- one Conciliator;
- one Assistant Human Rights Officer.
Cairns Office
The Regional Manager (Far North Qld) reports to the Deputy Commissioner.
The Cairns office is staffed by:
- one Conciliator;
- one Assistant Human Rights Officer.
