At a Glance
The Anti-Discrimination Commission was established in December 1996 to administer the Queensland
Anti-Discrimination Act 1991.
The Commission is an independent statutory body and employs 38.1 full-time equivalent staff, including a Commissioner,
Susan Booth.
We have an offifice in Brisbane, and run three regional offifices in Rockhampton, Townsville and Cairns.
In the 2007-08 fifinancial year we received a grant of $4.454M from the Queensland government.
